Qualifications: This promotion is designed for guests who are 25 years of age or older who are employed full time, or retired, have a minimum annual household income of $50,000 and have not attended a participating developer presentation within the last six (6) months. A valid photo I.D. (such as a driver’s license) and a major credit/debit card are required to check in. Upon check-in at your accommodations, a credit card imprint (which may include a funds hold of up to $50) or deposit may be required to cover incidental expenses. You and if you are married, engaged or cohabitating, your spouse / partner, must attend a 120-minute sales presentation about vacation ownership opportunities with the participating developer. All adults staying in the accommodations, regardless of marital status, must also attend the presentation. Only one (1) promotional package per person, family or household may be booked for the same travel dates. Multiple families or couples are not allowed to participate in this offer on the same travel dates. Employees of any participating developer are ineligible. All requirements must be met. If guest fails to attend the presentation or does not meet the eligibility requirements, the guest will be charged the full, seasonal retail price of the promotional package. Retail prices range between $310 - $660; depending upon season. Rescheduling: Arrival dates may be rescheduled up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival for a $50 fee. To reschedule, you must pick a new arrival date that allows for travel within six (6) months of the originally scheduled arrival date. Rescheduled reservations are subject to any higher price for the rescheduled date, if applicable. The package expires six (6) months after the originally scheduled arrival date. Only one (1) reschedule allowed per package. All rescheduled dates are subject to availability. Also, if you do not show up for your scheduled (or rescheduled) arrival date without a verifiable 72-hour notice, you will be charged a separate "No Show" fee equal to the first night of lodging at the applicable accommodations, not to exceed $200. Restrictions and Limitation: Original and/or rescheduled reservations and accommodations are subject to availability. Failure to comply with the rescheduling policy, attend the presentation or meet the qualifications will result in forfeiture of the package price and the benefits of the package. No pets, please. Written Confirmation: After booking an original and/or rescheduled reservation and prior to arrival, guest will receive a written confirmation letter which reviews the Terms and Conditions of this promotional offer. (VGI) prior to arrival and must provide a copy of the confirmation letter upon check-in at the participating resort.
